Nomination InstructionsIf you are a homeschooler* who has achieved something positive and extraordinary for a person your age or in your situation, you should be nominated to The Homeschool Hall of Fame. No fees are involved. Simply download the Nomination Form. Send the completed form along with your story and photos to the address on the form. Submit Your Story The Nominee's Story should be typewritten (in the body of an e-mail is fine) and explain:
1) Significance of Achievement Optional: additional supporting material such as newspaper and magazine articles. Nominee's Photographs The Nominee's Photographs should be, if possible:
1) Digital photos Optional: additional supporting material such as a video, etc. Click Here to Download a Nomination Form (PDF) (Includes releases if you are submitting an article, artwork, or photo that was created by someone other than you. Please disregard those sections if they do not apply. Signature of parent/guardian is required if you are under 21 years of age.) If you prefer, you may request a copy of the form by e-mail or postal mail. Please send completed nomination form, story, photos, and optional supporting material (copies and scans are fine) to: E-mail submissions are preferred, or you may request a mailing address. If you have any questions, please contact: NOTE: All submissions remain the property of The Homeschool Hall of Fame and will not be returned, so be sure to retain a copy for yourself. *The nominee must have been enrolled in a parent-directed, family-funded homeschool for at least four (4) consecutive years. The Homeschool Hall of Fame is limited to students whose parent or legal guardian is the primary teacher; sorry, but it is not intended for students enrolled in public, charter, or virtual schools that are based in the home.
